Kelp Powder

Kelp is a highly nutritious food source and is a valuable source of iodine, a trace element necessary for regulating the body’s metabolism.

Kelp also contains other minerals and vitamins such as vitamins B, D, E and K.

Directions
Adults: Take 1-2 tablets twice daily with meals. For more congested cases take 2 tablets 3 times daily.
