Efalex Active 50+ combines omega-3 fish oil with key nutrients known for their beneficial role in maintaining healthy brain structure, function and performance. The formulation is made up of DHA-rich fish oil, phosphatidylserine (PS), folic acid, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin E as well as the herbal leaf extract from Ginkgo biloba which is also reported to maintain short term memory.

Ginkgo biloba extract equivalent to 3g
Lecithin equivalent to Phosphatidylserine 31mg
d-alpha-tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E) 5mg
Folic Acid 250mcg
Cyanocobalamin (B12) 5mcg
Non-Active Ingredients:
Gelatin, glycerol, glyceryl monostearate, ferric oxide.
Suggested Daily Intake
2 capsules per day with food or drink.
If taking this product for the first time, double the dosage for an initial 12 weeks. This higher initial daily intake is recommended to help optimise the body's store of important nutrients.
