SERVING SUGESTIONS:
1. Serve hot from the oven with a dollop of low fat cream for a decedent snack or a sumptuous dessert.
2. Wrap individual muffins in cling wrap and freeze. Grab a frozen muffin as you run out the door for a perfect mid morning snack.
3. Microwave a frozen muffin on high for 35 seconds to thaw.
