PRO-LEAN is a high protein, low glycemic, nutritionally complete definition food, specially designed for today's active individual.

Pro-Lean from Gen-Tec Nutrition is the most convenient and effective way to supply or body with the right nutrients to help achieve that goal. Containing a quality WPI / WPC / Micellar Casein blend, and boasting over 40 naturally occuring essential nutrients and added fat burners, PRO-LEAN mixed in 200ml of water will help to reduce body fat, improve muscle tone, improve skin, hair, nails, increase both mental and physical energy, improve immunity and overall well-being.

Basic Function of added nutrients included in PRO-LEAN:

L-Glutamine
The most abundant amino acid in the body. Benefits of glutamine supplementation include: boosts immune system function, maintains lean muscle mass, prevents muscle breakdown, enhances glycogen storage & aids recovery from exercise.

Colostrum:
Offers a wide spectrum of health benefits for adults including enhanced immunity and improved digestion. Gen-Tec uses "first milking colostrum" from Australian pasture fed dairy cows using a patented collection and processing technique. Our colostrum has a guarenteed minimum of >35% of total immunoglobulin (IgG) content & is of therapeutic grade.

Evening Primrose Oil
Has many beneficial properties including: relief from PMS, alleviates hot flushes, improves eczema & dermatitis, improves rheumatoid arthritis & aids in weight loss.

Essential Fatty Acids
Omega 3, 6 & 9 from evening primrose & safflower oil to aid fat loss, support healthy skin & good health.

Carnitine
Facilitates the transport & metabolism of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria for energy generation. Therefore, supplementing with carnitine may allow for an increased rate of fat loss.

Choline
Another compound involved in fat transport in the body & may reduce accumulation of fat in the liver.

Inositol
Functions closely with choline to help break down fats & reduce accumulation of fat in the iver.

Hydroxy Citric Acid (HCA)
Has been found to inhibit an enzyme called 'citrate lipase', needed for conversion of excess carbohydrates into fat. The reduction of carbohydrate conversion to fat helps suppress appetite, reduce blood lipid levels & to increase energy levels.

Chromium
Aids lowering of blood sugar levels by optimising glucose metabolism, increasing sensitivity & regulation of insulin levels, & maintenance of healthy blood levels of cholesterol & other lipids. These benefits will help you reduce body fat & suppress appetits (particularly sweet cravings).

Suggested Use
Use Pro-Lean immediately after all intensive training. Can also be used between meals or before bed as a high protein supplement. Use according to body weight as follows:
Under 70kg - 2 scoops per serve
Between 70/100kg - 3 scoops per serve
Over 100kg - 4 scoops per serve

Mix 1 scoop to 80mL of water or milk in a hand shaker or blender. Take Pro-Lean one to three times daily.
