Celery Seed
Celery is believed to have anti-inflammatory, diuretic and anti-rheumatic actions. It has been used traditionally for the temporary relief of rheumatic and arthritic conditions. Celery may also assist in the treatment of fluid retention.
Recommended Adult Dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
