Chromium Picolinate
Chromium is an essential trace mineral and is a component of Glucose Tolerance Factor (GTF) a process involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats to energy. GTF works with insulin to facilitate the uptake of glucose into cells thus regulating blood sugar levels. Chromium can also be of assistance in manageing appetite - especially appetite for carbohydrate or sweet foods.
Recommended Adult Dosage
