Liquorice Root - 30 teabags

Medicinal Use

Dosage
Infuse one or two teabags (or two 5 mL level metric teaspoons) with one cup of boiling water, steep and cover for fifteen minutes.
Adults only: take one cup three times daily.
Gargle several times daily for the relief of mouth ulcers.
