Microgenics Hot Flush Formula Day & Night Relief is a comprehensive, high potency menopause formula containing female reproductive herbs designed to relieve hot flushes & night sweats during menopause & for nervous system support & general wellbeing. These traditional female tonic herbs may also help relieve some other common menopausal symptoms including insomnia & mild anxiety.
Sage - traditionally used to help reduce hot flushes & excessive sweating.
Zizyphus - a traditional Chinese herb used to improve sleep quality & to relieve excessive sweating, night sweats & mild anxiety.
Dong quai - traditionally used to help maintain a healthy female reproductive system.
Shatavari (Asparagus root) - is an Ayurvedic herb traditionally used as a female reproductive tonic.
Suggested Adult Dosage:
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Take 1 dose approximately half an hour before sleep. A 2nd dose can be taken at any other time of the day.
Over time 1 tablet should be enough to help relieve the symptoms.
Allow 2 weeks to observe the maximum benefits of this formula.

Salvia officinalis (Sage) leaf 3g (3000mg)
Asparagus racemosa (Shatavari) root 1g (1000mg)
Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) root 1g (1000mg)
Zizyphus spinosa (Jujube) seed 2g (2000mg)
Free from: Lactose, sugars, salt, gluten, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The plant ingredients in this formula do not contain known GMO material.
