Serving Suggestion
One teaspoon per day (max 3). Half a teaspoon on rising and half before going to bed in pure water or juice. First time users start with 1/8th teaspoon and gradually increase. Can be added to a smoothie with your favourite fruit. Or add 3 teaspoons to your favourite bread recipe.
